I started this position after being "transitioned" from Gainwell Technologies to Certilytics.

• Updated technical documentation, product specifications, and technical training materials pertaining to the data warehouse.
• Participated in design and planning exercises for future software rollouts.
• Conducted scheduled system upgrades to maximize performance.
• Resolved system test and validation problems to provide normal program functioning.

• This is the same position as DXC (below). DXC sold the MMIS (Medicaid/Medicare Information Services) division which became a standalone company, Gainwell Technologies.

• Join the Kentucky Medicare/Medicaid Information Service (MMIS) Team
• Backup Technical Functional Area Lead (TFAL) in all aspects of account business.

• Design and implement APIs using the Laravel framework and Postgres database
• Design and implement in-house utilities (automated backup, system monitoring and testing)
• Keep all servers updated (Amazon Web Services)

• I was tasked with converting health care claims from a mainframe format to server format for the Arkansas conversion team.
• I briefly worked on the Medicare Administration Reporting Service (MARS) for Ohio

• Led a small (5-person) development team to process health care claims
• Implemented the Affordable Care Act (“ObamaCare”) web portal for 9 States
• Developed many maintenance and test routines

• Wrote Extractor to automate report generation
• Designed and wrote EDIt to parse EDI files and process claims automatically
• Designed “DR Mongo” and “DR Oracle” to automate database restoration testing
• Developed programs to write test programs to test Life Insurance premiums
