GREGORY SPENCER

● Non-Commissioned Officer (E6)/ Special Operations Tactical Paramedic currently serving as an Austere Resuscitation Surgical Team (ARST) Emergency Care Sergeant in the Special Operations Medical Detachment (SOMEDD).

● Responsible for providing emergent resuscitative and surgical care to 1st Special Forces Command operations

worldwide.

● Function as a Paramedic in the Trauma Center’s Emergency Department and provide medical training to

Special Operations and Conventional Forces in order to build institutional capacity.

● Assist with the accountability of over $700,000 worth of medical equipment during real world and

training missions.

• Implemented successful healthcare training program through professionalism, quality of care, medical teaching and patient satisfaction.
• Responsible for lifesaving treatments of emergent patients in the only Department of Defenses Level I Trauma Center
• Successfully led a team of 12 individuals (Joint Service) - Maintained scheduling and proper staffing of the Emergency Department
• Developed a Joint Service training curriculum in order to better utilize military combat medics.

• Aid to the Brooke Army Medical Center Commander and Command responsible for maintaining the Commanding Generals calendar and ensuring timeliness and prioritization of taskings for the Command team.
• Responsible for accurate and timely dissemination of mission critical information, to all lower level management echelons
• Demonstrated respect, professionalism and willingness to assist with all assigned and volunteer tasks.
• Responsible for route reconnaissance and safely driving the Commander and Command Staff to various meetings across the state.
