  • Managed all environmental aspects of a 24-hr, 7-day a week manufacturing facility
  • Solely responsible for compliance reporting, sampling, testing, and monitoring of the facility's various environmental permits; i.e
  • Title V air operating permit, State and Local Wastewater permit, State and local solid waste permit (SQG), State Dangerous Materials permit, local fire department permits
  • Provided expert monitoring and data calculation input for the facility resulting in zero regulatory agency warnings or violation letters for the entirety of the tenure at this location (the site was cited and/or fined numerous times for different media in the past 5 years before my start date)
  • Acted as the Site representative for all regulatory agency required meetings and created trusting relationships with regulatory enforcement personnel
  • Acquired Air Permit modifications for three different project scopes from the Washington Department of Ecology's Air Quality Division
  • A fourth modification was successfully executed using assistance from an outside contractor for air modelling work
  • Project work including stack gas analysis, wastewater conveyance system overhaul, abatement system troubleshooting and correction, was completed
  • A complete streamlining of the facility's Air Emissions Inventory calculations spreadsheets was completed during 2022
