Department debone I'm on line 3 load the line put birds on the corner from 10:35 pm until break at 1:15 am after break I go back on the same line continue working with a knife to right side of the bird from 1:50 to 3:15 And left side from 3:50 until we get off at 7:45 am
I use to cut rough ,on the golf course,cut tee ,green ,fly Mow the lake , sometimes i do different job ect...
I use delivery mail for them from 4am to 5 am 5:40 am that depend how fast I delivered mail to the costumer
My first step I started on femur bone on the floor few weeks later my supervisor try me on the line to take aches bone out on the ham I spend a month on it After that i move to another position to learn another job on the same line next job is cut knockes, clean it ,clean horseshoes , something i use wizard knifes to do another job in the department but they they need on the floor for carrying box from the scale to load pallet my supervisor put me on the floor
