  • Supply Support Activity (SSA) supervisor. Managed 4,138 Authorized to Forecast (ATF) lines, valued at $28 million. Responsible for the development of retail level supply policies and procedures within GCSS-Army. Tracked SSA performance matrix and overage repairable items for supported customers. Synchronized logistical efforts with AMCOM, HQ AMC, and DLA for developing solutions. Developed Aviation Resource Management Survey (ARIMS) throughout the brigade which established a fling system that exceeded Army guidance. Synchronized efforts with all strategic partners result in the best customer wait time for a tactical SSA within FORSCOM.
  • BDE level Material Management supervisor in General Supply Services (GSS) within the Sustainment BDE on Fort Campbell. Provides Materiel Management oversight of Divisional SSA’s for Class II, III (P), IV, VII, and IX. Plan and monitor internal logistical status and readiness. Advise commanders on the elements of capabilities, readiness, and logistical preparation on and off the battlefield. Collect and analyze data for supply trends.
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods and services, optimizing logistics processes and minimizing transportation cost, while actively maintaining and tracking shipments and updating status in multiple databases, resulting in proving real-time visibility and ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

  • Brigade level manager for Army Forward Support Bridge (AFSB) in Korea. Provided oversight of OPORDS, FRAGOs and Taskings distributed throughout the brigade of two BNs and four Logistics Readiness Centers (LRC) dispersed throughout Korea and Japan. Evaluated potential logistics shortfalls that negatively affect mission and readiness.
  • Actively participated in process improvements and a commitment to water efficiency – leveraging to streamline operations and reduce cost.
