Prudential Office Tower and Garage, Newark, NJ

$324.3 million, 733,000-SF office complex with a 20-story

south tower, a 19-story north tower, and a 19-story

connecting atrium with a 4,300-SF skylight. Scope

included a 577,000-SF, 1,400-space, precast concrete

garage; core infrastructure for 14,300-SF of retail, a

fitness center, 6,800-SF conference center and café;

and an MEP penthouse with a prefabricated modular

chiller plant on the roof.

Stamford Hospital, Tower Expansion and Central

Utility Plant, Stamford, CT

$322 million, 648,000-SF hospital expansion and

renovation project that added a 12-story, 180-bed tower

with diagnostic and treatment facilities, state-of-art

emergency department, a 24-bed intensive care

unit, and heart and vascular institute. The facility has

four cardiac catheterization labs; 14 short stay holding

rooms; and a surgery department with ten operating

rooms, two minor procedure rooms, 15 pre-op rooms

and 18 post-anesthesia care holding bays. The project

also included a 32,600-SF central utility plant, a 12,000-

SF underground pedestrian and utility tunnel. It was

the first LEED®-certified hospital in Connecticut.

Moynihan Train Hall, Phase 2, New York, NY

$1.6 billion rehabilitation to enhance the James A. Farley

Post Office Building to connect the Farley Building

with the adjacent Pennsylvania Station. The renovated

Farley Building included the new Moynihan Train Hall,

as well as retail and commercial office spaces. The

total amount of space renovated was approximately

1.3M-SF, covering all new aspects of civil, structural,

architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, as

well as demolition of existing structural and architectural

elements, including asbestos and lead abatement.

Penn station Widening Project

The 27-month design-build project encompassed both the design and construction of the reimagined concourse, with a widened corridor, raised ceiling heights, upgraded lighting and wayfinding, new digital information screens, improved mechanical and electrical systems, and new architectural finishes, among other station enhancements. The renovation also improves safety and ADA access from the street to the concourse via a new elevator on 33rd Street, as well as from the concourse to the platforms with rebuilt stairs and handrails, new enclosures for fire protection and a replacement elevator.

RWJBarnabas Health, ACC Cancer Center,

Livingston, NJ

New $170 million, 137,000-SF outpatient cancer center

with a freestanding five-story building designed to

provide cutting-edge cancer care on the Cooperman

Barnabas Medical Center campus. The facility will

provide innovative outpatient cancer treatment,

including 52 exam rooms, private infusion rooms, a

compounding pharmacy, two new linear accelerators,

with space for a third, an MRI/LINAC and supporting

imaging suites including MRI, CT and CT sims. The

scope also included a new 5-story parking garage.

Public Health Lab - Harlem, New York, NY

The $448 Million contract includes the construction of a new, ten-story municipal health lab on the Harlem Hospital Campus. The project consist of approximately 21,800 square meters of new construction including offices, laboratories and clinical facilities. The lower portion of the new building includes a lobby, auditorium, walk-in testing center and several support areas.
