Not only do we have 15 raised growing beds, we also have 20 chickens, a greenhouse, a composting center with community food scrap drop-off, an aquaponics system, an orchard and water harvesting system.
Marketed a variety of real estate listings including townhomes, condominiums and coops mostly in Black and Hispanic communities. My biggest project was a 47 unit subsidized new construction coop marketed primarily to people of color. I also sold the most expensive townhouse in the community, which sold for just under $1 million in 2007. The buyers were an inter-racial couple.

Also marketed subsidized condos for other developers in the community.
