Led the startup and creation of operational procedures and workflow planning.
In February 2002, I proposed the first multi-property customer for CenturyTel. I followed up on a lead six months prior, met with management, and began building relationships and storing information about what they were not happy with regarding their current service. 6 properties, including 2 call centers (450 employees and 575 employees), 1 operations center, 1 retail sales and service center, and 2 home security sales and service facilities. Six months of hard work to earn the business. March 15: The real work began.
Installed new metering mixing centers for all chemicals to be mixed as needed to ensure the lowest possible cost on all cleaning chemicals.
Installed new paper dispensers, along with hand soap, and sanitizer dispensers.
Customized each janitor's closet to be able to store all equipment neatly and organized.
Developed order guides for each facility for all supplies and chemicals, with par levels installed to ensure the proper numbers of each item would be ordered.
Managed the inventory management system from inventory, ordering, and receiving the deliveries at Golden Touch Facility. Once orders were checked for accuracy, they were loaded onto the GT truck to be delivered to each location and rotated into inventory, keeping all supplies and storage closets clean and organized.
