• Assist with the proposal outline, format, and style guidelines for the quality of the proposal in terms of both appearance and content, including compliance with RFP and corporate requirements.
• Review construction proposal budgets and schedules, proactively tracks and reports progress against these baselines, and develops and implements corrective actions, when necessary.
• Participate in kickoff meetings, and other proposal process meetings.
• Review all Construction proposal material being developed, offers training and guidance to authors and others as required, and resolves both content and production issues.

• Develop proposals and estimates for new LNG projects(Corpus Christi LNG Stage 3B, Cameron LNG Train 4, Port Arthur LNG Phase 2(Trains 3/4), CCLNG 3B NRU/EFG, Sabine Pass LNG Stage 5(Trains 7/8)
• Create protocols, qualification documents, test plans and test reports for quality assurance
  purposes.(Project execution plans, construction execution plans, Traffic and Logistics Plans)
• Review construction plans and financial projections to accuracy and feasibility of large scale
  oil and gas projects using knowledge from world wide field experience
• Assist with constructability reviews and model reviews

• Management of construction projects from start to finish, responsible for all areas of projects ranging from design review, procurement, scheduling, cost forecasting, subcontract management, safety, and direct hire management of labor during construction projects.

• Working closely with all on-site client representation, ensuring contractor-client relationship is strong
