Responsibilities: Fidelity Onsite Hub Mobile App Product Owner

• Led the development of a new mobile product – Onsite Hub from ideation to launch, managing a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and QA testers
• This mobile app was used to assist Fidelity employees transition to back into the office after COVID19 lockdown
• Conducted market research and user testing to identify customer needs and inform product strategy
• Developed and executed product roadmaps, ensuring project timelines were met and product features aligned with overall strategy
• Collaborated with stakeholders to ensure successful product launch and adoption
• Conducted data analysis and reporting to monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• I work with key business stakeholders across multiple divisions within Fidelity, defining product roadmaps and ensuring Products/Projects that offer highest value to Fidelity are prioritized at the top of the backlog
• Manage multiple programs related to money movement, including ACH, wire transfers, and bill payments, with total budget of $10 million
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones
• Identify and manage risk and develop contingency plans to mitigate issues

• Primary responsibility was Squad Lead /Owner leading Fidelity Money In/Out Product which generates over 3 trillion dollars of transaction annually where I successfully delivered digital payment functionality allowing Fidelity accounts to link to mobile apps such as PayPal, Venmo, Apply Pay and Square Cash.
