As a Sales Associate at the Under Armour Outlet Store, my role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service. I assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs, whether it’s performance apparel, footwear, or athletic accessories, while promoting the brand’s values of innovation, passion, and commitment to excellence.

My responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized sales floor, replenishing merchandise, and ensuring all displays meet Under Armour’s visual merchandising standards. I handle transactions accurately at the register, process returns, and assist with inventory management, including stockroom organization and product restocking.

I stay informed about product features, promotions, and new arrivals to effectively drive sales and meet store goals. Additionally, I contribute to a team-first environment by communicating clearly with coworkers, helping achieve store-wide initiatives, and creating a positive, energetic shopping atmosphere for every customer.

As a basketball trainer for 4th-grade athletes, my role focuses on teaching young players the essential fundamentals of the game while building their confidence and love for basketball. I design and lead training sessions that emphasize the basics, including dribbling, passing, shooting form, footwork, and defensive positioning, all in a fun, supportive environment.

My goal is to develop strong foundational skills while introducing key concepts like teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship. I tailor drills to match their age and skill level, keeping sessions engaging and ensuring each player experiences growth and success. I also work on developing motor skills, coordination, and basketball IQ to prepare them for future competitive play.

Beyond skill development, I focus on fostering positive attitudes, building self-esteem, and helping young athletes understand the value of hard work, discipline, and a team-first mindset.

As an Assistant Coach for a 17U AAU basketball team, my primary role is to support the Head Coach in all aspects of player development, team strategy, and game preparation. I work closely with players aged 16–17, helping them refine their skills, improve basketball IQ, and prepare for the next level of competition, whether that’s varsity high school play or collegiate recruitment.

My responsibilities include conducting skill development drills during practices, focusing on fundamentals such as shooting, ball handling, defense, and offensive execution. I assist in developing practice plans, running position-specific training (guards, wings, post players), and providing individualized feedback to help players elevate their performance. I also help manage substitutions, in-game adjustments, and opponent scouting during tournaments and games.

Beyond technical coaching, I emphasize leadership, teamwork, accountability, and sportsmanship, mentoring players both on and off the court. I support the Head Coach in creating a positive, competitive environment where athletes can grow, stay motivated, and reach their full potential.
