After 11 years as an instructor and evaluator for the USAF, I quickly moved up through SEE from Operator, Scheduler, Materials Manager, Production Manager, Plant Manager, ERP SC Lead and Global Firefighter.

My skillsets have allowed SEE to utilize my skillsets and experience in any SC environment across the globe, leading teams to improve financial and efficiency performance, by utilizing Six Sigma and SAP/BIA tools.


I have received "Outperform" reviews for over 20 years, and

3 years ago I received the SEE's "President's Outstanding Performance Award", which is a yearly award given out to single individual globally.

Global ERP Process Improvement & Compliance Mgr

  • Utilized as a Global Firefighter for improvement and compliance efforts, working with Plant teams as well as Internal & External Auditors, focusing on Inventory Controls, Safety, and Statistical/Financial performance.
  • Due to my skillsets, I have been parachuted in as an interim-plant manager 3 times, to improve a plant's performance before a replacement manager is found.
  • Created, Maintained Corporate Policies & Training Documents, as well as personally conducting training on those subjects.
  • SC Lead for ERP Rollouts, including Initial Scoping, Gap Analysis, training, go-live support and most importantly post go-live recovery.
  • Worked with cross-functional plant and regional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processing improvements and drive quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and policy compliance. Utilizing Minitab for the initial analysis and to track progress.

  • Worked with IT to Scope, Develop, Test and Deploy new functionality and reporting within scope, budget and time constraints.
  • Identified the need for, and then managed development and implementation of lean and continuous improvement manufacturing initiatives across production environment.
  • Utilized Six Sigma tools such as 6S, Kaizen, BPM, VSM,5 Why's, RCA, FEMA, Poka Yoke, CPK & CPM.
