- Utilized as a Global Firefighter for improvement and compliance efforts, working with Plant teams as well as Internal & External Auditors, focusing on Inventory Controls, Safety, and Statistical/Financial performance.
- Due to my skillsets, I have been parachuted in as an interim-plant manager 3 times, to improve a plant's performance before a replacement manager is found.
- Created, Maintained Corporate Policies & Training Documents, as well as personally conducting training on those subjects.
- SC Lead for ERP Rollouts, including Initial Scoping, Gap Analysis, training, go-live support and most importantly post go-live recovery.
- Worked with cross-functional plant and regional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processing improvements and drive quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and policy compliance. Utilizing Minitab for the initial analysis and to track progress.
