After graduating from Gordon State College, I began working for the Fayette County School system as a fourth-grade teacher for Sara Harp Minter Elementary School. I decided to take a self-contained spot at Huddleston Elementary as a fifth-grade teacher five years ago. I also finished my Master's Degree at that time in Reading and Literacy. This year I have transitioned to third grade and I am currently working on my Gifted Endorsement.

-I am proficient with Reflex Math, Dreambox, Prodigy, Xtra Math, Readworks, newsELA, Gallopade, USA Studies Weekly, and many other online educational resources
-I am always looking for ways to better my instruction and my knowledge as an educator
