  • Develop yearly Local Food Purchase Incentive Plan to meet the funding criteria each year that the funding is available. 2022-2023, MVSU achieved 25% local Vermont food purchasing with $33,000 grant award return.
  • Substitute for absent kitchen staff in all school kitchens-Prep and Cook daily meal options, run meal service according to specific school schedule, and oversee clean up.
