Through consistent performance and dedication, I advanced within the company, becoming Employee of the Month and cross-training across multiple departments. Later transitioned into Order Fulfillment, supporting both B2B delivery orders and retail customer orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time completion while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Founded and grew For Less Digital from the ground up, building the company’s operations, partnerships, and digital infrastructure from scratch. Managed direct licensing deals with major platforms including Apple, Merlin Network, Alphabet (Google), Amazon Music, and other global streaming services. Oversaw music publishing, royalty collection, auditing, and dispute resolution for a catalog of 3,000+ assets, while working directly with 50+ publishers to scale and monetize music libraries. Developed strong expertise in digital rights management, platform negotiations, data analysis, and client relationship management

My first job at Dunkin’ Donuts during high school helped shape my approach to work by teaching me the importance of consistency, punctuality, and responsibility. I learned how valuable it is to be reliable and to contribute as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
