- Worked in tandem with our travel office to manage all team travel logistics, including booking hotels, organizing rooming lists, scheduling team meals, coordinating with bus companies, etc.
- Created and distributed detailed daily/weekly schedules for practices, games, and road trips, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution across all program activities.
- Led the planning and execution of multiple alumni events, including our annual alumni weekend and winter networking event. Each hosted hundreds of alums and supporters, ultimately strengthening our reach and connection across decades of Cornell Lacrosse.
- Collaborated with athletic development staff to clean and update alumni data, improving outreach accuracy and development communications.
- Served as the team's study hall monitor where I tracked player's, specifically freshmen, academic progress and served as a liaison between player and professor in the event extra attention/help was needed.
- Acted as a liaison between coaching staff, players, support staff, and university departments to streamline daily functions and support overall program success.
