At Bay Tek I go wherever I'm needed, whether that's the cabinet shop or out on the lines. I follow the manuals and assemble parts as required, and suggest improvements if i feel like something can be done more efficiently or safer. I use multiple kinds of hand-tools like drills, tape measures, sockets, taps or anything required to complete my job. I know what needs to be done and when it does, I'm flexible enough to handle any unseen situations and adapt. I use the forklift, wave (vertical lift) and crane on a regular basis, all in a safe manner. I'm able to communicate effectively with all coworkers and have a good working relationship with all.
