Curio Wellness is a over 185 person strong Medical Cannabis company finishing its third year of business. As a cultivator, my responsibilities are primarily the growing and the trimming of the flower. I gravitated towards this position because of my attention to detail and my ability to stay focused during tedious tasks.

This position enabled me to work with a diverse group of people and develop solid connections. These connections allowed me to learn individual needs, comfortably ask for employee feedback, and trust their constructive criticism. As a manager, I honed my ability to coach confrontational practices, celebrate excellent practices, and satisfy disgruntled customers.

This restaurant served over 500 people daily and was an excellent first job for me. Working here, I developed a strong sense of responsibility and dependability as well as refined my work ethic and communication skills.
