
Back Hauler: Unloading freight from trucks using a ride-on electric pallet jack. Identifying and tagging pallets for storage. Completing paperwork and BOLs for products received. Haul cargo to the warehouse for storage using ride-on electric pallet jack.
Receiving Clerk: Receiving BOLs from customers and printing out the paperwork for the back haulers/dock workers to receive the product into the warehouse. Review of all paperwork and bills after product is received.
Inventory: Counting and verifying all products in the warehouse to verify accuracy of case counts and correct product. Review storage reserves to verify products are in the correct locations and find missing product. Review of vendor disputes over quantity received and incorrect payment.
Managing an office of about 30 employees dedicated to the receiving, sorting, opening, and scanning of Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield's mail. Training new employees. Ordering supplies. Assisting any employees in need of help. Employee scheduling. Light maintenance of office machines and devices.
