I work as an EEG Technician. I do the examination of the brain on children mainly. I place a cap on their heads and have the children do certain tasks while i keep track of their movements. I also work at front desk answering phone calls. Engaging with patients to do their vitals, checking them in and out as well. I am able to create charts for upcoming patients. Fill out and edit anything if needed on the electroencephalogram reports. Classify documents into patients charts for any reason in the future if needed.

Balanced multiple responsibilities simultaneously while working with public/ customers. I would be handling cash transactions. As well as working to consistently make sure my area of work and around me was neat and cleaned. Restocking items would be something i would do often. As well as engaging with people for any questions to be answered that they might have, whether it is about where to go, about a sport they would like to sign up for, or further payments they would need to make for something more specific . Responded to customer complaints to help resolve issues as best as i could
