- Please accept this letter as a formal letter of resignation.
- I am writing this letter to inform you that I will be leaving my position as Lead/Custodian/Night Shift. My last day will be Wednesday, April 24, 2024. The reason which I will be leaving is continued harassment, humiliation and also discrimination. I don't feel comfortable working here (Norton Science and Language Academy/Lewis Center for Educational Resources) anymore even though I love my job and have been here for two years. To me, it is very hard to go into work every day because there's always a different situation that is happening and I cannot say anything even though I am the lead because I do not want to get in trouble and/or terminated. I cannot live like this and I refuse to be told that I am playing the victim.
