When employed at Marriot my responsibilities primarily consisted of, greeting customer's checking guests in and out, answering phone calls and making reservations.

Munger Farms is an agricultural company. In my role as personal assistant, i handled a lot of the day to day tasks in the office. From answering calls/emails and logging irrigation schedules to running errands and other odd jobs.

Communication Services for the Deaf also known as CSD is a state funded company that provides the equipment necessary for those that are hard of hearing/deaf or disabled to communicate on the phone with ease. My tasks with CSD were all over the phone. I handled every call that was sent my way, from getting the customer's account set up/assessing and shipping equipment to troubleshooting the equipment once they had it.
