• DCE, 3a. Llamada S.C. was a small company designed for me, I implemented and created a Methodology based on the Theater for the development of performing Skills. The company was legally registered in Mexico, my methodology was used in small companies giving coaching to employees, and an evaluation was delivered every 2 months.
• Created and implemented individual lesson plans based on student learning styles.
• Collaborated with parents, teachers, and administrators to ensure best practices for each student's success in coaching.
• Utilized listening and questioning strategies to diagnose student needs and monitor progress.
• Utilized positive reinforcement techniques to encourage and motivate students.
• Asked key questions prompting specific student responses to assess tutoring session progress.
• Presented tutoring workshops and academic support sessions for small groups.

• Assignments: Classic Theater and Dance. The students presented a staging play for the teachers community students, parents, and guests. Where through the game the Plan was around 6 months, would learn how to Work in a team, Stage Skills, Body Language, Voice on the stage, strategies on the stage, improv, creativity, dance, Memorization, Body Expression, managing frustration, and confidence in themselves.
