Guiliana (Gigi) Caspersen

As a freelance artist, performs as a bass player for theatres and churches, produces graphics for non-profits and community organizations, and works crew, both as team lead and stage hand, at venues ranging from 200 to 2500 seats.

• Created animated shorts and short films, such as music videos and advertising campaigns, for local musicians and businesses.
• Part of a mentorship program sponsored by Shelby County, planned and instructed filmmaking classes at an 11th/12th-grade level at Westwood High School.
• Instructed and worked with students to conduct interviews with local elected officials for a documentary.
• Laid out episode plans and the foundation for an animated series based on a comic book.

• Greeted audience members and patrons in the lobby.
• Assisted audience members and patrons with ticket issues and made accommodations when requested.
• Maintained clear communications between volunteer ushers, stage management, production staff, and building administrators.
• Managed and assigned roles to ushers throughout each show.
