ACME BREAD: Trabaje 5 anos en esta panaderia mis deberes al primcipio era dividir y cortar la masa para moldear y aser el pan,luego pase ala mesa a moldear y aser distintas clases de pan como baguette, pan de papa,rosemary, frances y luego pase pase a rack oven . LAFARINE BAKERY IN MACARTHUR BOULEVARD; Trabaje como panadero moldiando masa , cocinando el pan en rack oven ,pasando la masa de crosan en la maquina divididora, y tanbien la masa para tarta. FEEL o Good BAKERY: Casi la mayoria de las cosa mencionadas en las panaderias mencionadas arriba era lo mismo que yo hacia. AMOURA RESTAURANT: Trabaje como preparador , cortador de vegetales, cortador de carnes,cocinero y janitor alavez. BISTRO BURGUER: Preparaba la carne y la acomodaba para aser las bolas para el tamano requerida, cocinaba ,y preparaba las ensaladas. MACY'S UNION SQUARE SAN FRANCICO: Trabajaba como Stoker durance las noches casi por 5 anos, sacaba la ropa de las cajas y las clasificabamos por departamentos,poniamos sensor , sacabamos electrodomesticos de las cajas y casi todas las noches sacabamos tbien ropa de cama,haciamos recovery de lo que dejaba la gente lo que se regresaba, TAQUERIA CANCUN: Era cocinero hacia de todo lo que se ase en una taqueriaCARDENAS MARKET:Trabaje por primera vez como trabajador de abarrotes o grocery, luego estube encargado de Jaba departamento de medicina,comida para ninos,chanpoo ,pasta de dientes,gel para cabello y lo que es del wic, luego me pucieron como encargado de DERY DELLY . Osea lacteos, leche,choriso, quesos, salchichas etc. Luego me pasaron como manager de produce ,estaba encargado de aser ordenes para la semana, hacia inventario cada penultima semana del mes, ponia precios acomodaba la mercancia que llegaba 4 veces ala cemana ,lababa los coolers y tenia todo limpio y acomodado , checaba fechas y hacia transferencias de departamento a otro sacaba merma y manejaba forklift, sacaba la mercancia del trailer que llegaba con mercancia y alludaba y asesoraba a otros manager de departamentos .
