I have been working in GPN for 12 years, and during this time, I have spent almost 4 years as Lead in the Picking department.
During this time, I have made some changes that have improved the picking department, for example.
I set up the place where pickers can stock materials and have a safe place to work.
We reduce the Kit Location (54) locations that we used for the Non-whey kit; now these locations are available for our replenishments of materials.
The intention to reduce the kit location was also to help.
Forklift drivers save time by taking all the kits to the dump room team.
I create 30 bin locations systematically to improve the way to transfer material orders.
I have more projects to improve our inventory and department.
