Summary

Within the one year in a half at the Mcopco Company I have been in two stores. I was at the Sunicty Location which is store Number 10194. I have been in that stores for a total of 4 years. My team and I have taken that store from a 4.7 million dollar store to a 6.3 million dollar store. We also as a team had the best PNL for the whole year of 2023. I have promoted 3 Shifts and one Salary Manager within the last year there. I was just moved to the Wimauma location this past October. Since my time there I have promoted two Shift Manager and 6 Crew Trainers. My team and I have improved the Food Cost from that time to one of the best ones in our Ops Group. Our store is on track to do 7 million this year which will be a store record. Overall I have over 15 years of Mcdonald's experience, I have been a General Manager at 8 different locations. In every location my team in I have made a difference in store by improving Turnover, Managing the store PNL, improving store sales, Guest Counts, and promoting within the store.
