Perform GTAW TIG on stainless piping and process systems, fabricate and install stainless process piping, hangers, supports, and related components, build and assemble process skids and equipment systems, perform field mods, repairs, and tie-ins in active facilities, perform millwright related work including conveyor and equipment install. Apply safe rigging practices when positioning piping and equipment. Client sites include Nestle, Fairlife, Cargill, Schreiber Foods, and Bridgestone.

TIG weld stainless process piping and sanitary tubing. Cut and prepare material to measurements provided by pipe fitters and foreman. Fit, assemble, and install completed piping and tubing systems. Performed field installations on industrial projects including Abbott facilities. Work alongside orbital welding crews with exposure to orbital processes.

Assisted with square tubing fabrication and assembly. Performed fit-up and tack welding. Learned argon gas setup and TIG fundamentals. Progressed into performing TIG welds as proficiency increased.
