Roadside Assistance Automation: Assisted in developing custom REST API resources to integrate real-time data sources for precise arrival time quotes, enhancing customer service efficiency in Salesforce. Designed the complete Architecture and Schema of the Project. Integration with Smart Devices: Integrated Salesforce with various smart devices and platforms to enable seamless communication and data synchronization, enhancing resident experience and operational efficiency. Worked on REST APIs to fetch data from Smart Devices into Salesforce. Also worked with Rest Resources and the Force.com site to create webhooks. Lightning Flow Automation: Created Lightning flows within Salesforce to streamline resident onboarding, device setup, and maintenance requests, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual effort. Community Portal Development: Developed a community portal(Experience Cloud Site) within Salesforce to facilitate resident engagement, support ticket submission(Case management), and access to smart device controls, enhancing communication and convenience for residents. Built custom LWC (Lightning Web Components) to show the data on the site.
