Roadside Assistance Automation: Assisted in developing custom REST API resources to integrate real-time data sources for precise arrival time quotes, enhancing customer service efficiency in Salesforce. Self-Service Enhancement: Contributed to the implementation of Lightning Web Components within Experience Builder for a branded self-service portal, empowering customers with streamlined access to information and services.
