Summary

I have been in the automotive industry for 13 years. I started off changing oil, I then worked my way up to being a mainline tech, and from there a team lead position where I was for about 8 years. I then became a shop foreman and transitioned to assistant service manager where I learned how to operate at a higher level growing my skill and knowledge of the industry. Ultimately I was promoted to Service Manager where I continue to grow my knowledge.

I am a very hard worker and take pride in every aspect of my career. Striving to be the best I can be and not taking failure as an option is always my goal. I am a very fast learner, diligent in finding solutions to problems.
