Ensures, within the scope of the national and international legislation and the Company's rules and regulations, that the cargo/mail operation activities and the ground operations of cargo aircraft are carried out, monitored, and reported uninterruptedly, safely, and securely without any irregularity at the station which s/he is responsible for within the framework of customer orientation and satisfaction, by establishing coordination with the relevant authorities in/out of the Company, the central unit, and the institution/organization/authority/firms from which services are received.

Within the scope of national and international legislation and Partnership rules and regulations; ensuring that all activities related to loading/unloading operations of cargo aircraft are carried out uninterruptedly and safely, and that support activities are carried out to solve technical/administrative needs, and that relevant procedures are established, followed up and reported.

Ensuring management of the loadmaster training process in accordance with Company goals, mission, vision, policy and strategies, relevant national / international regulations, Civil Aviation Authority requirements and Company regulations

Within the scope of national and international regulations and the Company rules and arrangements; carrying out and following up the processes of transporting the planned loads in accordance with the procedures and loading and unloading the aircraft safely by performing the weight and balance calculations of the cargo aircraft at Istanbul Airport station and all external stations where they work, and reporting any irregularities.

His/her responsibility is to make AWB entries for all incoming and outgoing cargo, follow up customs processes, and ensure that complaints from customers are resolved during his/her working hours.
