Inventory Overview (February 2025 - Current)

• Ensure all products are fully stocked
• Analyzed daily inventory data to investigate and address discrepancies in stock levels.
• If any discrepancies came up, I had to go in Treez and see if the correct skus were being sold, sometimes certain products have the same name but different skus
• Monitored stock levels and organized product placements for improved accessibility and visibility.

Distribution Coordinator Overview (August 2023 - Current)

• Responsible for processing incoming orders
• Performed data entry and completed proper paperwork.
• Implemented process improvements that increased overall productivity within the distribution center.
• Supported continuous improvement efforts by actively participating in problem-solving sessions aimed at enhancing overall operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized product cage to make work more efficient when pulling products. Eg - making sure the product with the older skus are moved to the front

Retail Overview (June 2021 - August 2023)

• Scanning patients into the Treez system, greeting customers, registering new patients, and providing them with information regarding our terms and conditions
• Complete patient orders, educating patients of the benefits of cannabis, and ensuring the proper upkeep of the retail floor.
• In charge of grabbing the product for budtenders so they could fulfill their patients orders while simultaneously keeping up with online orders received through weedmaps and ensuring their timely and accurate completion.
• Managed the closure of budtenders' registers at the end of their shifts, followed by inputting the total earnings into the Treez system

Manufacturing Overview (January 2020 - June 2021)

• Accurately use weight and measurement tools
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Weigh out pounds of product into different quantities including, eighths, quarters, half ounces, and full ounces
• Maintain packaging efficiency without compromising on quality and sanitation standards.
