Collections Judgment implementation

Long term knowledge of implementing employment and bank levies on judgement accounts and follow up with Sheriff departments as well as banks and/or employers as to the status of the levies.

  • My duties also included updating accounts with property searches and documentation of property foreclosures and follow up with the escrow companies. Responsibilities included updating new bankruptcies and follow up on these. I was also responsible for updating deaths. Duties included initial documentation of new accounts to make sure that client media needed for a possible filing of a judgment was included as well as attaching a Lexis Nexus Accurint report to each account and a Data tree property report.
