- Star Rentals is a large construction equipment and machinery rental company
- My duties include loading and unloading various equipment such as, boom lifts, excavators, scissor lifts and bull dozers
- Maintained a 100% on-time delivery rate for the last 500 deliveries with zero safety incidents or customer complaints
- On deliveries I assist customers with any questions they may have regarding equipment and communicate when arrived onsite
- Maintaining positive interactions with each customer is vital in maintaining lasting relationships
- Numerous deliveries have presented extremely difficult situations that have required me to solve problems very quickly in order to avoid accidents while maneuvering a long truck and trailer into tight areas.
