Police Officer with over 27 years of service enforcing rules and authority for good of all citizens. Passionate about saving lives, protecting victims and fighting crime. Excellent record of promotion and recognition for going beyond call of duty.


Was a member of the SWAT team for 22 years were I excelled and found my calling. I originally was assigned as an entry operator. I was assigned as a sniper for the next 15 years where I had the opportunity of being called out on numerous Sniper missions not only with the Ft Pierce team but also with the St Lucie County Sheriffs Office team and the City of Port Saint Lucie team. I was assigned as a Rappel Master and a Water Operations Instructor for 17 years where I trained Swat Operators. I received a Combat Cross for a call out of an armed assailant that had night vision capabilities.


I was promoted to Detective and served with the drug unit for 3 years where we conducted numerous operations with the other agencies in the area.


I was assigned several sniper assignments as an over watch protection detail for the President and Vice President of the United States of America


I was a a Patrol Cyclist for 15 years at one time was assigned to a full time Bicycle unit where I needed no supervision. Within the last seven months I have been assigned to the IRSC campus as a School Resource Officer and I have been able to incorporate my skills as a cyclist on campus effectively moving around campus making more contacts with students,staff and faculty. I consider myself lucky to be able to patrol the IRSC campus which I consider to be my community keeping students faculty and staff safe when they are on campus.

I have served my country as a Military Police Officer with the United States Air Force for 3 years and separated with an Honorable discharge

Accomplishments

I was awarded Officer of the month for Incorporating the Bicycle into my patrols in August 2023. Acted without being asked for this.

  • Served on the S.W.A.T. team and Street Crimes Unit for 22 years.
  • Earned a life-saving medal in 1997.
  • Collaborated with team of 10 Officers and Deputies in the development of Weed and Seed project during the summer months in order to combat Gang activity.
