- Leading a crew of 5-14 electricians who maintain a multi-million dollar potash bulk handling facility unloading rail cars to a storage facility or directly to a ship. Highly corrosive environment (potash) means expending a huge amount of time researching the best devices on the market and working with manufacturers to bring custom made devices and wiring methods to a working solution.
- Responsible for converting a 125 acre bulk loading facility from relay logic to entirely automated with PLC’s and the capacity to run the entire plant from a single HMI (Human Monitor Interface) application making the plant safer and saving millions in labor costs while also increasing production.
- All on site as built updates to electrical schematics digitally with AutoCAD.
- All projects, which are predominantly design build (e.g. we plan, draw, present, build, and implement an idea from inception to finished product).
- Cost control and integration with other trades and contractors to facilitate a working product.
