- Inspections were done and logged on a daily report and emailed to project manager and subcontractors notifying them of any dissatisfactory work or correction notices concerning inspections
- I also had to provide and implement scopes of work to each subcontractor in order to maintain compliance
- After home received certificate of occupancy customer walk would be scheduled
- I would coordinate walk with customer to ensure the final product is built according to plans and specifications, after walk I would have all necessary punch work completed in a timely manner and approved by the customer
- Note; I had the lowest number of deficiencies of any superintendent in the SW FL division.
