Asked for and was promoted to the Operations General Manager role for the Decatur office. Ran multiple plant turn arounds growing them double digits from bid to final invoice. Developed daily report process for plant turn arounds resulting in a 95% acceptance rate of change orders.

Accomplishments

Lead the water initiative portion of the Energy Treasure Hunts with General Electric (GE) to drive over $1M in cost out of manufacturing operations globally.


Took the Decatur branch of Thompson from $250K to $6M in sales in three years.


Physically found and deployed over 22 CleanStream units into the oilfield for Haliburton. Learned the value of GPS for equipment. Prior to my tenure, 2 had been deployed.


Vetted and implemented the first CRM for 25 person sales team with Brace.

Designed, deployed and operated an offshore water treatment rig for use with Well Test applications at SLB.


Developed and executed a renewed sales and technical training multi-day seminar that clients emulated.
