• This project is mainly to manage one of the leading US HealthCare customer’s and it requires highly specialized knowledge in software manipulation to understand the technical nature of Axway’s highly sophisticated software products
• Providing advanced technical guidance and direction to junior Axway engineers based on specialized knowledge of Sopra Group and Axway and customized Axway Software
• Overseeing and coordinating software architecture and design of web based Axway
• B2B software products, mutli-tier architecture and database management
• Reviewing, assessing and engineering systems tuning and diagnostic on UNIX, Linux and Windows Platforms
• Providing hands-on consulting expertise to junior engineers using specialized knowledge
• Managing technical project development and rollout for healthcare client
• Leading and effectively instructing and motivating junior engineers toward goals accomplishment
• Managing technical projects of all sizes, which are composed of complex tasks related to Axway-specific product development and rollout
• Provided continued maintenance and development of bug fixes and patch sets for existing web applications.

This project is mainly to manage one of the leading US HealthCare customer’s
Production/Dev/Test environments and supports three major products to run their
Business. Gateway Interchange (Cyclone), MFT (Message File Transfer) and Sentinel
are the products being managed by us. These are Axway related Products.

My Responsibility:

• Managing and Guiding offshore team
  Acting as a first contact person for any Medical segment (highly critical) related
  issue
• Working closely with Client’s partners to onboard them
• Managing Production/Development and Test environment
• Solving production related issue for the team
• 24/7 on call for two or two weeks in a month for any production Outage
• Involve in testing with various team for the end to end data transfer
• Validating the data transfer
• Working closely with customer during US day hours
• Reporting bugs and issues to the Axway Support team on behalf of customer by
• providing logs and issue details Writing test case for the new Patch and Service pack test
• Testing new Patches and Service pack on test environment
• Alerts monitoring (Sentinel) and problem solving (ticketing)
• Supports AS2, SFTP, and PESIT protocols
  Working on Run and build Activity for the Client
