  • Collaborating with team in the restructuring of the MTSS process.
  • Collaborating closely with the Principal and Assistant Principals to design Tier 2 and 3 interventions and services aligned to the overall Tier 1 academic, social-emotional, and behavioral structures

  • Facilitate the Coordination of Student Support Meetings and Student Success Team meetings as a structure to monitor student progress, identify interventions, and adjust plans accordingly
  • Lead professional development for staff regarding MTSS and Response to Intervention (RtI) and other topics in support of MTSS
  • Provide support in the implementation of individualized intervention plans through coaching and modeling with teachers and other staff
