Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end project management of events, from
conception to execution, ensuring all deadlines and
deliverables are met.

requirements.
• Coordinate and manage event logistics, including venue
selection, contract negotiations, audiovisual requirements,
catering, transportation, and accommodations.
• Manage the production budget, negotiate contracts with
vendors, and coordinate logistics for the event.
• Plan and manage all technical aspects of events, including
lighting, sound, stage design, and AV equipment.
• Oversee the setup and teardown of event equipment and
ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Manage and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the
event and work to find quick solutions.
• Make sure everything related to the project documented and
saved.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe
work environment for all production staff.
· Oversaw stage operations throughout the major B2B entertainment, amusement and leisure exhibition, ensuring seamless production across keynote sessions, live demos and exhibitor presentations.
· Partnered with exhibitors, technical teams and event organizers to coordinate stage set-ups, equipment checks, cue-to-cue timelines and breakdown procedures—ensuring flawless delivery in a multi-zone environment.
· Produced comprehensive run-sheets and stage schedules to keep all sessions on time and aligned with the exhibition’s high-impact standards and global visitor expectations.

· Created and maintained precise run sheets to ensure all sessions adhered to schedule and met GITEX’s global production standards.

• Oversee all activations occurring during the event period and remain physically present throughout.
• Provide briefings to all attendants, entertainers, and staff on their required job responsibilities and relay any information requested by the client.
• Engage directly with the client to address their needs, resolve issues, and troubleshoot any incidents related to activations during the event.
• Assume responsibility for specific activations in the event, including URBAN FARM, URBAN LEISURE, and AVENUE.
• Handle the waiver forms for attendees, ensuring they are completed using the provided iPad, and verify that the iPad is returned after the shift.
• Capture, curate, and produce content such as photos and videos of the activations.
