Participate in the iterative process with the design studio to deliver the optimal balance of form vs function vs cost. Detail design in the cad system including surface development, structures datum strategy, attachments, GD&T

Work as a consultant mechanical design engineer on different in-house/on-site projects in automotive industry for different OEMS. All different on-site projects are presented below.

• Design and development of new products in different development phases from concept to production.
• Design and modification of existing part for reducing quality issues and costs.
• Create 3D CAD data, release into PLM software (Teamcenter).
• Make 3D and 2D drawing and specification document, including technical requirements datum systems and GD&T.
• Leading technical meetings with suppliers and partners companies.
• Exterior Engineering template responsible within different area of the vehicle including roof, door and side, and front systems.
• Design and development of different components and materials including: 1k-3k injection moulded plastic parts ( painted /unpainted)(door cappings), rubber sealings, extruded aluminum parts(roof rails), glass solar roof.
• Work with build to print / full-service supplier projects.
• Cross-functional team communications managements with Design (styling), manufacturing , mechanical integrations and attributes such as NVH, contaminations, aerodynamics, CAE, perceived quality and etc.
• Conducting benchmark analysis and prototyping to develop new or improve existing concepts.

Design and concept development for an exclusive child seat. Worked with CNC machined aluminium, 3D printed and injection moulded plastic and extruded glass components. Close collaboration with crash, safety, CAE and styling departments. Handling regular technical meetings with suppliers.

Work in pre study, concept, and final development of the plastic parts in instrument panel. Create 3D models and 2D and 3D drawings and specification documents including GD&T and datum systems. Collaborate and handle meeting with styling, mechanical integration, and suppliers.
