I learned the importance of building relationships and trust through communication with customers and coworkers from diverse backgrounds and overcoming language barriers during my one-year internship at a hotel in the United States. This experience sparked my interest in pursuing a career in human resources, drawn to the role of providing support to individual employees. I am confident that I can contribute to human resources department by utilizing my strong communication skills, essential for the role. I aim to leverage my communication skills and experience to acquire extensive work experience in the new field of human resources.
