Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, handling financial transactions, and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout their stay. Answer hotel phone and handle guest requests and inquiries. Perform other duties as requested by management.

Unload a truck full of merchandise and sort it, maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly zoning the area; stocking, arranging and organizing merchandise; setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; removing damaged goods.

Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble customers' on-line orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up. Provide a positive customer service experience.

Responsible for directly interacting with customers, greeting them, taking orders, serving food, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and counter, ensuring each guest leaves with a positive experience, all while upholding the company's high standards of customer service and hospitality.

Assist in researching and analyzing viewer trends, ratings, and competitor programming. Help maintain programming schedules and update internal databases with show timings and episode details. Review and summarize TV shows, movies, and digital content for programming consideration.
