  • Financial Management: Ran financial reports each month to report back to the administration team. Monitored the financial health of the organization and tracked donations received weekly. Managed organizational transactions to report back to the Executive Director. Created a weekly budget for necessary expenditures, and maintained a supply of items to ensure smooth operations. Also, I created a money management system for the cash registers, as well as maintained the accuracy of daily counts.
  • Team Management: Maintained the organization’s Indeed profile and vetted candidates for job opportunities. Conducted interviews with chosen candidates, and provided notes on each interview to offer advice for hiring to the Executive Director. Managed new employee onboarding, and conducted the signing and negotiating of new employees. Worked with existing employees to create schedules for each segment of the organization. Maintained the email directly for donations.
  • Administrative Assistant: Created schedules and meetings for the Executive Director and sat in on meetings to take notes. I attended fundraising events to represent the Executive Director. I spoke directly with the press to facilitate interviews. Assisted the Executive Director in planning appreciation events for staff, and fundraising events for donors.
