• Assistant Track Coach, Girls on The Run, Spring Season 2024:
• As an assistant coach with Girls on The Run, I helped create an environment that developed social and emotional intelligence through evidence based curriculum and running track for 11-14 year old girls at the Friend School of Portland
• Hospice Companion, Intermountain Health Care, April 2022-April 2023:

 As a volunteer with Intermountain homecare and hospice, I visited with patients weekly to provide companionship, and to provide respite for primary caregivers

• Nurse Volunteer, Utah Valley University College of Public Health, August 2022: As a nurse volunteer with Utah Valley University, I helped students from the College of Public Health conduct basic health assessments, take vital signs and blood glucose measurements during a health fair hosted for rural communities in Capitol Reef National Park.
• Nurse Volunteer, Maximo Nivel, July 2022: As a Nurse Volunteer with Maximo Nivel, I assisted a student physician with health assessments, diagnostics and interventions, and medication education in Spanish for 60 hours total, in addition to taking Spanish classes at Maximo Nivel’s main campus, in Antigua, Guatemala
• Club Founder/President, Utah Valley University, Fall Semester 2021-Fall Semester 2022: I founded UVU’s first beginner's running club: "From Couch to Finish Line". As president, I helped educate fellow students on long-term goals that promote health, and create personal plans for them to safely prepare for a 5K.
• Music Education for Nursery Children, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, July 2021: As a music education teacher for nursery children in my local congregation, I had the opportunity to support the children’s motor development skills as they participated in each weekly session with playing instruments
• Service Club Secretary, Utah Valley University’s Institute of Religion, August 2018-May 2019: As the service club’s secretary, I helped coordinate meeting times, service activities, and compile supplies for the sleeping mats we made to be sent to Kakuma Refugee Camp in Kenya, Africa.
• English Teacher, Youth Making A Difference, April 2017: I spent 3 weeks in Himachal Pradesh, India teaching English to children ages 3-12, after preparing for 8 months through Youth Making a Difference, an organization focused on humanitarian aid and developing leadership skills for teens.
