· Diagnose and resolve software, and network issues for customers
· Clear, concise, and patient communication, both written and verbal, when explaining technical concepts to customers

· Understanding AT&T wireless products and services including basic knowledge of home internet, phone, TV.
· Identifying issues quickly and offering effective solutions in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
