Coordinated social media presence as well as trained new employees on front-of-house operations, ensuring everything ran smoothly and guests were well informed on events and specials.
While pursuing my Bachelor's in Psychology, I am also conducting research and continuing to take classes towards the Industrial- Organizational Psychology path. I then want to apply to Graduate school to pursue my Master's in Industrial-Organizational. My main reason for wanting to do research in Industrial- Organizational Psychology is that I think it would better help me and my understanding of the science behind human behavior, and how I can use that to improve workplaces. Research allows me to have hands-on experience working in the field of Industrial- Organizational Psychology, as well as developing strategies I can use later on in my Human Resources Career.
