Ju Logistics system In the early stages, our primary focus was on providing logistics services for Tmall's group buying business. I was primarily responsible for logistics settlement and coordinating with logistics suppliers. We were processing approximately 500,000 orders per day. Later on, we merged into the Cainiao Logistics system.
Echo(customer service system) The system primarily operates on websites and mobile apps, where customer submissions trigger the automatic generation of messages sent to the product manager. The product manager takes charge of the issue and can assign it to the appropriate personnel for resolution within specified timeframes. Once the staff has completed the task,data is synchronized with the customer, who can then provide feedback. The system also categorizes issues and lists hot topics, creating a closed-loop for product development. I am the technical lead for this system, and we have designed the overall architecture based on a workflow model. The user interfaces for product managers and processing personnel in the backend are styled similar to email interfaces for ease of use.

Developer Enterprise authentication System The primary function of this system is to collect enterprise information, verify the company's identity by accessing the industrial and commercial system, authenticate payment methods through the Alipay system, and allow merchants to upload factory information for on-site verification. The system primarily adopts a workflow-based architecture, involving technologies such as workflow frameworks, third-party service invocation, and message synchronization.

2015-2020 Senior Specialist(2018-2020)
CunTao(Rural E-commerce) The primary goal of Rural Taobao is to bring quality products and services from urban areas into rural regions and sell agricultural products from rural areas to urban markets, thus helping farmers generate income. Rural Taobao is available on both PC and as a standalone mobile app. The system is divided into modules such as Product, Transactions, Settlement, After-sales, Merchant Management, and Channel Management (Partner Program). In the early stages, I was primarily responsible for the Settlement system as the technical owner. The core function was to handle partner and merchant commission settlements. The merchant commission settlement module integrated with the group settlement open platform for uniform commission settlement, following a similar technical approach as Tmall. We developed this module as a plugin on the open platform. Partner commission settlements were based on monitoring transaction messages and generating different settlement items based on order information. This included modules for settlement statement generation, bill creation, bill reconciliation, and bill presentation. Later, I took charge of Channel Management, which included partner recruitment, authentication, store setup, and operational management. This involved designing the partner model and managing channel operations. At the time, our business covered over 1,000 counties and recruited over 20,000 partners across more than 20,000 rural village.

2021-2022 Senior Specialist
Rapid System Rapid system primarily operates by managing new advertising merchants for Alibaba, enabling them to enhance their business performance through Alibaba's advertising system. I am the technical lead for this system. The system's functionalities encompass ad order generation, ad placement, ad performance display, ad performance reporting, and product recommendations. The development of the advertising system primarily adopts a service orchestration architecture, where users can define their own business processes. The core framework of the system implements definitions for Domain Service and Domain Ability, allowing users to implement their own business logic based on exposed extension points. The advertising system also involves coordination with the frontend, algorithm, and data teams, with the engineering team generally responsible for driving overall coordination.
