I've been working at Discount Tire for over 4 and a half years now so I'm well equipped to work with new people. I I find myself stepping up often in the shop to help others learn and understand not only the workflow but also to establish that it's okay to ask for help if you need it. Im great when working under pressure or at a pace that suits everyone. At Discount Tire there are some days when my pace of work is far faster than everyone else so I have to learn to adapt to deal with situations as such.
